CHALLENGE
Create a set of Personas and Trends designed to engage leaders in the different Alexa teams to work backwards from the customer needs, pain points, and goals in order to generate a list of products and features for the upcoming 3-year roadmap.
SOLUTION
Produce an interactive with a compilations of both Personas and Trends for wider stakeholders to easily navigate and digest analyzed data and insights.

METHODOLOGY
Using aggregated insights from multiple sources such as 2021 Jobs To Be Done survey (n=900), 2021 Multi-Device Ownership survey (n=200), Consumer Behavioral Trends forecasting, customer anecdotes, third-party research reports, and online video journals. Based on these insights, we mapped out 6 personas.
For the Trends, applied behavioral trend forecasting methods were used, the following synthesized Consumer Behavioral Trends unearth new potential growth paths. In consultation with a global network of Trendspotters, each trend was informed by 60 third-party consumer reports, social media listening data, video diaries, search trend analysis, and the 2021 Jobs To Be Done survey (n=900).
