ALEXA AND GOOGLE COLLABORATION ON JBL AUTHENTIC SPEAKERS

WHAT
Harman announced the launch of their new JBL Authentics 200/300/500 family of smart speakers with both Alexa and Google Assistant Built-In concurrently. This means that a customer can register both Alexa and Google Assistant during their setup of the devices and access either of the assistants at any time simply by using the corresponding “Alexa” or “Hey Google” wake words. While there have been other previous devices that allowed customers to choose one assistant or the other during setup, for the first time ever customers will be able to select either Alexa, Google Assistant, or BOTH – a true breakthrough in customer choice.
